Darla, I'd like them more if they weren't so weak wooded. Gail, I agree, the flowers are pretty stinky. Caroline, this is one of several in my neighborhood that are really wowing me.
Fruiting pears are a better choice here. DH said this morning he thought we should preserve more pears this summer, as we discussed the merits of figs vs. pears.
