First blooms on the Gulf Coast Penstemon (the yellow streaks, dots and dashes on the leaves are oak pollen[!!!])
And a bonus fourth first: the first pictures from the new Canon G11! I've got a lot of learning to do before I feel comfortable using it. I'm as nervous as I am excited about it. Bear with me during the next few weeks (I hope not months).
