Cloud Series
As the day comes to an end, I stand outside and take pictures of what might have been ... the clouds that brought storms to the Southwest Houston area instead of to my corner of Katy.
It was beautiful on your end! I have to say, I don't think we got that much rain. Lots of thunder and wind but for sure less than a half-inch at my house. We'll take it though! Better luck in Katy today...
A beautiful sunset, but I know it's not what you were hoping for or needed~I am abracadabra-ing to send us all rain~it's never worked before, but maybe this time! gail
Pat, last week was the hottest it's been all summer. The weather station in my neighborhood showed up to 104 a couple of times. That kind of temperatures make rain even more critical. I'm happy for you, though!

What beautiful photos. My daughter said it is HOT there right now. And in need of rain. We finally got 2-1/4 inches here. Hallelujah!
Elizabeth, I'd gladly take a half-inch! Maybe in the next few days.
Gail, 20-30% chances Saturday - Tuesday. You abracadabra & I'll dance!
